Hydration/Potassium

In addition to monitoring dietary intake, we are serious about our players’ hydration and electrolyte levels.

We require that all players come with a refillable water bottle. We will provide a cooler with fresh water for refilling during lessons and training. We will also be monitoring how much water is used from our refilling station to ensure that our players are drinking all throughout practice.

One of the most important electrolytes that can be lost during a strenuous practice is Potassium. We encourage a balanced diet and would recommend that children add coconut water to their water bottles and or eat bananas or other potassium-rich foods when snacking to maintain adequate levels.
