In order to supplement training, each player is required to schedule practice and conditioning time. Deliberate practice and conditioning can include any combination of on court play, hitting on the wall, agility ladder drills, running or racquet weight drills. Players are also required to complete their accurate Practice logs and submit them weekly. (Mandatory for all players)
Deliberate practice is the only way to keep getting better. These sessions give the players the ability to improve on the skills learned during the week and to develop stamina for match play. Deliberate practice is the path to world-class performance.
* Deliberate practice is compulsory for all of our players and must be performed on Saturdays or Sundays depending on the player’s preference.
