“You are what you eat”
Centre Court Logistics requires multiple hours a week of on-court practice and additional hours of off-court conditioning. Players that do not nourish their body adequately will not perform as well as those that do. In order to create consciousness about good eating and hydration habits, we require our players to submit weekly dietary logs.
We understand that some kids (and teens) can be fussy eaters, we say, don’t fight with them. Centre Court Logistics is a rigorous tennis program – we truly believe that if your child gives us their all, they will be craving a well balanced diet and the logs will prove it in their improved performance.
