“You are what you eat”
Centre Court Logistics requires multiple hours a week of on-court practice and additional hours of off-court conditioning. Players that do not nourish their body adequately will not perform as well as those that do. In order to create consciousness about good eating and hydration habits, we require our players to submit weekly dietary logs.
Snacks should only be from the fruit and vegetable group. Potato chip is not a vegetable. You should only drink water, and juices without high fructose corn syrup. Soda is not allowed. Dietary incompliance will be made evident through player’s poor performance.
